HPCO needed a scalable Learning Management Solution (LMS) that appealed to learners and administrators alike. With a growing mandate, HPCO stakeholders required an LMS to empower consistent online training and support for their 15,000+ learners.
HPCO required a learning and development platform to launch effective online learning and training initiatives for the future—something their old system(s) (Moodle; D2L) could not provide elegantly. They needed a platform that reduced the amount of time administrators were spending to manipulate content to deliver and report on training. They wanted a simpler, more intuitive tool for both content administrators and learners.
