As part of our planning engagement, extensive stakeholder discovery sessions were conducted with all representative service and program lines of business to understand and re-imagine personas, tasks, and content needs.
We redesigned YWCA Toronto's information architecture and navigation structure, making the site more usable and content easier to find.
We consulted on AODA / WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility compliance and ensured the design and development met the required standards for the organization.
Finally, we implemented a mobile-friendly responsive website on Advantage CSP – a dynamic, flexible CMS, with built-in eCommerce functionality – allowing site administrators to easily keep the site up to date in the future.
